- One assigned private session per month
- Age 11 to 13 - 4 times per week (2 hours per day); at least 120 minutes per day

- One assigned private session per month
- Age 14 & up
- 5 times per week (2 hours of group training per day)
- Monday – Thursday plus Saturday
- Personal training (30 to 45 minutes per day)
